Taro Kono, the Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs, visited Mexico last week as part of the two countries celebration of 130 years of diplomatic relations. Kono met with Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Luis Videgaray, as well as President Enrique Peña Nieto.
